If your looking for an adventure packed time or more of a relax experience exploring many of the regions historical places of interest in the beautiful scenery that is the Italian Alps then Sauze d’Oulx offers a perfect location in which to base yourself.
Called the Balcony of the Alps, Sauze sits a 1509 mts above sea level at one end of the Susa Valley and is an ideal place to enjoy summer in the mountains. It lies a stones throw from the national park ‘Gran Bosco di Salbertrand’ tanslated to the Great forest of Salbertrand, which is a great place to start excursions on foot, horseback or mountain bike.
