The Dora Riparia river runs from Turin along the base of the Susa Valley past Oulx toward the French border. The section between Cesana on the border and Oulx offers an exciting descend as the river bubbles and winds through the alpine valley creating an adrenaline fuelled ride. The Pellice, the Dora or the Chisone rivers offer the natural settings and the right conditions for adventurous Rafting, Canoeing or Kayaking.
Between Oulx and Salbatrand the rapids all but disappear and the river becomes more manageable for beginners or for those wanting a gentler descent.
