The adventure village is a fantastic journey through the tree tops. There are varying degrees of difficulty so all the family can enjoy this exhilarating experience.
You start off with one of the instructors who will take you through the safety aspects explaining how to wear the safety harness and then the adventure begins on a gentle test area in order to assess your confidence. The instructor then follows you as you start to explore life at the top of the trees.
There are various areas that have been designed differently; the first one is great to get familiar with the equipment and to find your feet but its also great for the children. The second area is where the distance from the ground starts to increase, you'll find yourself 10 metres above ground immersed in the fabulous natural beauty of the forest.
The highest part of the park is 25 metres above the forest floor and from here you can ride the Tree Tornado, a rope slide which if your brave enough to ride will shoot you to the ground at speeds touching 50 km/h.
All in all a truely unforgettable experience!! |
